20 minute HIIT workouts Tuesday and Friday at 1pm! Please join the zoom link for 12.55pm.

I would recommend having a mat or something soft to lie down on for core exercises. Also have a bottle of water to hand.

Most people have zoom downloaded on their laptops and then either connect that to a speaker or a TV, you can also tune in with headphones. 

Be prepared for positive vibes and banging tunes!

Meet Nick...

Hello! I’m Nick and welcome to The HIIT Man. I’m a recruiter by trade, however I created The HIIT Man to combine my three passions of fitness, music and spreading positive vibes.

When the UK announced it’s lockdown and gyms started shutting, I adapted my gym routine to be doable at home with no equipment.

Originally I shared the exercises with my close friends and demonstrated a daily workout via zoom. As time has gone on I have opened it up to anyone who wants to get in shape.

It’s quick and easy to join the HIIT sessions, simply click above this message and join the Zoom session.

Sessions take place Tuesday and Friday at 1pm, try to join the session at 12:55pm to give yourself plenty of time to prepare.

The big plus about these workouts is that it’s not all about the fitness, we also want to build a great community spirit that people want to be a part of. 

To encourage this, we want you to join in with special sessions such as Fancy Dress Fridays, submit any ideas that you would like to see happen, or even send in any tunes you want to share on the workouts!

I have been doing Nick's workouts since the start and as of yet I am yet to miss one!

The workout has become a firm highlight of my WFH week. They offer the chance to break up your day, get away from your desk and have social interaction with other people.

I have seen noticeable improvements, not only physical but improved focus at work. Keep up the good work Nick!

Nick's HIIT sessions are a highlight of my day! I was furloughed a couple of weeks ago and the workouts bring some routine and productivity to my week. I’ve been running The HIIT Man since April 2020 and it has always been a free service and will continue to be.
